Summer is officially here, and I’m glad I got to do some traveling in beforehand—because being outside now feels almost unbearable! Don’t get me wrong, a few days at the beach sounds great, but for now, it’s good to be back in the studio. And It’s officially grind time again.
I recently picked up a full-time job during the day to save up some money, but I’m also excited to say that I’m accepting commission work again! Whether it’s a portrait of a loved one, a favorite pet, home décor, or even a custom poster—if you’ve had something in mind, now’s the time. Just a friendly reminder: art holds its value over time—just think of all the Van Goghs and Picassos whose works are now priceless. Plus, original artwork can be passed down from one generation to another.. (Okay okay enough with the sales pitch! Haha.) In other news, I’m also working on publishing my own drawing book. While academic in its foundation, it’ll also include sketchbook pages and step-by-step tutorials for anyone looking to master the art of drawing. It’s a self-funded project, so if you know of any publishers who might be interested or can help, feel free to drop me a message. Thanks as always for the support—stay cool out there, and don’t forget to enjoy the summer waters!
